Craig Beam, CRE
Craig Beam has worked with healthcare systems, nationally and internationally, for more than 40 years. His involvement in healthcare development includes the planning and development of hospital, medical office and
ambulatory facilities and he is nationally recognized for his ability to lead assignments that are complex in program, finance and construction. He has served on numerous boards including the advisory board to the
Director of the National Institutes of Health, UniHealth, Pacificare, Martin Luther Hospital and is the past Chairman
of the Board of the American Heart Association and past Treasurer of the World Heart Federation. He is currently a non-physician member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Board Member of AllHealth. Craig holds the professional designation as a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and is brokered in the state of California.

William Wiebe, CRE, CCIM, ACHE
William (Bill) E. Wiebe has worked with hospital systems and physician groups for over 40 years. He has brokered,
partnered with, developed and owned on-campus and suburban based medical office buildings and surgical
centers. During his time in healthcare, he has engaged in strategic planning for regional health systems,
community hospitals, sixteen long-term care facilities, numerous physician practices, imaging centers and joint
venture labs/surgery centers. He holds professional designations as a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), as a Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and
is brokered in the state of Ohio.

Ray Jackson, CRE, MAI
Ray Jackson has over 40 years of diverse Real Estate Experience with focus on commercial, industrial, institutional
and special purpose properties focusing on real property consulting and appraisal studies for corporate,
institutional and governmental clients with specialty of litigation support for real estate tax matters, property rights issues, and damage or impairment cases. He has been an expert witness in numerous jurisdictions,
providing valuations for hospitals and health systems during his career. Ray holds the professional designation as a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), as a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and is brokered in the state of Ohio.

Joseph Achenbach, CRE
Joseph has more than 15 years of real estate development and investment experience in nearly every real estate
asset class working for public and private developers and REIT. Prior to his career in real estate, Joseph graduated
from the U.S. Naval Academy, serving on two deployments and leading various military construction projects
during his service. Joseph holds the professional designation as a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and is brokered in
the states of Pennsylvania and New York.
